Highlighting of likely matches in the settlements dialog
The invoice number and payment description in the header are compared with the document numbers in the table, and matching parts are highlighted both in the header and in the table (parts are compared as whole words, case-insensitive; generic labels such as "arve", "nr" and "invoice" are ignored)
Header debit and credit are compared with the document amounts in the table, and a matching amount is highlighted on both sides; values are compared numerically, so different decimal and thousands separators do not get in the way
Highlights are hints only: they do not select rows or change settlement amounts

Fetching a currency rate from the current database no longer returns an empty rate
